At NATALIA’S BLOOMS, Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly strive to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work.

Substitutions

When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture shown. Each design is uniquely handcrafted, no two arrangements are exactly the same. Color substitutions of flowers may be necessary, and prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. In all cases, we will maintain the overall style, theme, and value of your selected arrangement. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs.  However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods.  To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. Delivery and service fees will be applied at checkout.

Taxes

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.
